Bob Dale, Webinar Leader
We were delighted to have Bob Dale available to lead the next webinar in our Churchnet Leadership Series. This FREE webinar was entitled GROWING AGILE LEADERS and was based upon Bob’s new book “Growing Agile Leaders: Coaching Leaders to Move Nimbly in an Unstable World.” Bob focused how to lead well in a fast-changing, seismic world where the old rules rarely apply. We believe the topic will appeal especially to experienced leaders who have found it difficult to stay current as the times demand and younger leaders who are not prepared to bridge generations and cultural watersheds. The webinar was for ministers and lay leaders who realize the world they got comfortable with has vaporized.
Bob has served in local church ministries in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas and Kansas. He has served in denominational roles both nationally and regionally. He has been a seminary professor and a leader coach.
Bob earned PhD in Christian ethics from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Kansas University. He has completed post-doctoral studies in leadership, American religion, and clinical psychology. He is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, MindFrames, and a variety of other leadership and coaching instruments, and he is certified as a leader coach, affiliated with Coach Approach Ministries and International Coach Federation. He is also associate editor of Christian Coaching Magazine
Bob is a prolific author with more than two dozen books on leadership and church ministries, including:
